Whether you’re coming to enjoy a romantic getaway for two or traveling with your family, relatives, or friends, Cas Berde has it all! A wonderful place for up to 5 people to enjoy a carefree, relaxing, and unforgettable vacation on the beautiful island of Curaçao.
If you’re looking to experience the real Curaçao and live like the locals, our home is definitely highly recommended. The home is very centrally located near the heart of Willemstad. You’ll find shops and restaurants right in the neighborhood, and hotspots like Pietermaai and Otrabanda—in the historic center of Willemstad—are just a five-minute drive away. Mambo Beach Boulevard—which features not only beautiful beaches and numerous restaurants and shops but also attractions like the Sea Aquarium—is just a ten-minute drive away.
The house is a detached property with a fenced-in yard for maximum privacy. It is equipped with an alarm system connected to a monitoring center. An electric gate provides access to the property. Several cars can be parked under the carport.
Enjoy the garden and the pool! When you return from the beach or from your
exploration of the island, you’ll naturally want to make use of the private pool or one of the seating areas in the tropical garden. The garden feels like a green oasis thanks to its landscaping and plantings. The pool features a rock wall with a waterfall, as well as an outdoor shower and outdoor restroom. If necessary, the pool can be fenced off to ensure safety for children who cannot swim.
At the front of the living room is the porch, where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast or watch the sunset. And in the evening, you can enjoy a meal outside at the large table under the tropical trees. A barbecue and a tabletop griddle are provided.
The home is equipped with every comfort, including a smart TV and Wi-Fi throughout. The living room is cozily furnished and features a quiet air conditioner and two ceiling fans for extra cooling. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances. There are three bedrooms, all equipped with box-spring beds, a quiet air conditioner, and a ceiling fan. The bathroom has a spacious walk-in rain shower, a toilet, and a sink. Bed linens, towels, and beach towels are provided in ample quantities. The washing machine is located in the basement.
All windows can be opened using aluminum slats and are equipped with wooden blinds and insect screens.

The property manager was awesome, was waiting for us even though our plane was an hour late. Great restaurant in the area Poke Food Station--coconut shrimp was fantastic. Supermarkets close to walk to

Bernado, the manager, was very helpful and met us at the airport and helped with provisions prior to our arrival. The property was clean, comfortable and well appointed and the pool was a lovely addition. The only downside was the noise, mainly barking dogs late at night and early in the morning but overall a lovely stay.

The home was lovely and just as pictured. Looked like a tropical oasis. Communication between host was great as well as the property manager. Pool was quite refreshing.

We were so impressed with this property! We were greeted by the property manager who showed us around and gave us good instructions for how to use the security and amenities. The host provided a special card acknowledging our honeymoon. The pool is stunning and refreshing, and the garden gives the entire property complete privacy from the neighborhood. The house is close to downtown and the parking is secure behind an automatic gate. We really enjoyed the outdoor shower and pool with a beautiful fountain, and there were no bothersome critters or bugs. The home is clean and there are plenty of supplies. Communication between the manager and ourselves was available and helpful. Overall was a wonderful experience and would recommend to anyone staying in Willemstad.
