Just a 0.5 mile walk to the River Run Gondola and Keystone Village with lots of shopping and restaurants!! Only 50 yards to the Keystone Shuttle with a two minute ride to the Gondola walkway and also to the River Run Village entrance. Or walk a block and take the new ski trail down to the base! Access to a year round outdoor heated pool and hot tub in the Keystone Village!! Condo backs up to the bike trail that takes you into Keystone Village and also connects to Lake Dillon, Frisco, and Breckenridge trail! Nice quiet Alders Neighborhood. STR21-01482. Max occupancy = 10. Parking for up to 4 vehicles.

What a lovely stay. We had two families with kids and we were so comfortable and well taken care of. It was extremely cozy, plenty of towels and amenities, close to the shuttle/RiverRun, and absolutely spotless. Greg is also such a responsive and patient host. Thank you for making it such memorable weekend for us!

This place is so much roomier than the pictures suggest. The downstairs living room was the perfect kids hangout and the open kitchen and dining accommodated our large group of nine (4 adults, 5 kids). The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen was great! The owner was so quick to respond and answered all of our questions. The neighborhood was so quiet and the view from the balcony was 10/10!! Would not hesitate to come back!

The home is well taken care of. It had everything you needed to cook anything. 10-15 walk from the Village. Plenty of room to sleep and I loved hanging out on the porch. Very nice place and would definitely come back. Owner was very responsive and very nice.
