About this apartment rental
Respectful guests come enjoy our beautifully appointed apartment in the heart of historic Cocoa Village. Our upper level studio apartment has been freshly painted and tastefully decorated with a coastal theme. We added a privacy wall between the living space and the queen bed, that gives a sense of multiple rooms. The couch pulls out to an additional queen bed. The apartment has a beautiful, privacy fenced courtyard and pool that is shared with the guests in the main house.

Toilet needs a replacement and bed is not navigable. All else was superlative as was the host.

Amazing, felt like home! Host had great communication. So much better than a hotel. Quiet, private and very clean. Perfect location to walk to any events in Riverfront Park or Cocoa Village. Already booked another stay!
