Very upmarket apartment on the 7th floor every detail was considered and our host was a great communicator however we had come away after 8 nights feeling very sleep deprived as the road noise is horrendous. I suggest double glazing is not up to noise standard. The car park assessability was extremely difficult we couldn't fit our small medium vehicle in it and had to park 100mtrs away on the road as there is the construction of a new high-rise next door which makes road parking almost impossible. Up market property in the heart of Maroochydore. We spent 30 days here and made good use of the excellent facilities. Nice large balcony with views North and of the river.
