We're just a 10-minute walk from the heart of downtown Carrboro and 1.5 miles from UNC, giving you easy access to our vibrant community. The neighborhood offers a peaceful, relaxed atmosphere, making it a perfect retreat while staying close to all the action. This cozy cottage is quite possibly the nicest stay in the area!

Our stay was great. The place is very clean and nicely decorated. The beds were so comfortable. The location was perfect and we walked to a local coffee place each morning. Communication with the owner was easy. I would highly recommend this property.

Welcoming, artful, beautifully minimalist. Clean. Great shower and bathroom accessories. Fresh flowers and well-working kitchen materials. Excellent, walkable location. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Responsive host: was great because we needed an ironing board that wasn’t on site and the washer dryer combo unit instructions were inaccurate, so we needed to consult w her about that. Otherwise, we were in heaven. This is an excellent choice.
