Frantoio home is adjacent to the main house of Fontanaro built in 1893 and has a romantic sunset view from the garden. The light inside this home is the best one!
The villa has 1 bedroom with king size bed and 1 bathroom with maxi shower. It is fully furnished and decorated with tasteful Umbrian touches, is approximately 65 sq mt and has a large living room with TV LCD, SKY satellite TV and free WI-FI access, a well equipped kitchen corner and a ceramic wood-burning stove. Frantoio has also a private patio fully equipped with outdoors furnitures, a garden and covered parking, a bread oven and a Weber barbecue.
It is surrounded by a large grass lawn with lemon trees, an extensive collection of old English roses, a great variety of many flowers and a vegetable garden.
There is a large Infinity swimming pool and a maxi Jacuzzi (shared with Leccino, 2 persons).
ALSO INCLUDED: TV LCD , DVD, AC, IPOD SPEAKER, RADIO, WI-FI, LINES, TOWELS ALSO FOR THE POOL, HAIR DRYER, DISH WASHER, WASHING MACHINE. THE KITCHEN IS FULLY EQUIPPED. FARM PRODUCTS AND VISIT TO THE OLIVE OIL MILL AND THE FARM.
