Recently Update (June 2020) - Home Away from Home -Ram Sea 401 is a GOLD rated CORNER view, two-bedroom, two-bath Gulf Front vacation rental located in N. Redington Beach. This spacious 4th floor condo has a delightfully eclectic décor and includes a private Gulf front balcony with a direct view of our beautiful sugar sand beach.
Vacation rental 401 offers a full size, fully-equipped kitchen complete with everything you need to enjoy dining at home. Flat panel, color, cable televisions in the living room and both bedrooms. Free wireless internet access. Telephone with free local calls. Central heat, air conditioning and ceiling fans.
Sleeping accommodations include one queen in the master bedroom and two queen beds in the 2nd bedroom.
Coin-operated laundries on the 2nd and 4th floors in the building. No smoking. Two parking spaces. Saturday only arrival during peak seasons. Maximum occupancy: 6.

The apartment was great, very clean and tidy and we had a very enjoyable time - albeit only a week. The weather was a bit boisterous for 3 days but the rest of our week was amazing - just as it used to be years ago when we used to come each year. How great to spend time with old friends and enjoy the coast with the grandchildren.

The bed frames in the room with 2 queens desperately need repaired. Beds sleep at an angle. Both of them. If this was fixed I would stay again. Everything else was great. Kitchen needed a little extra cleaning love inside the cabinets, but I gave a lot of love and got some things cleaned and in order. Could use some new pans. Paying over $2500 for the week I wished the beds were in much better shape.

We've stayed at the Ram Sea many times over the last 20+ years. Best location for a laidback vacy. The unit was not the best we've had. I love to cook and this was not a unit ready for that. If we had 6 oeioke staying you would need to do dishes more than once a day. There were two of us and we did them every day with just 2 meals a day. Dishwasher was eh, fridge water and ice had a terrible taste. We bought bottled water and bagged ice. And the pics online didn't match what you got.
