ABOUT COASTAL CHARM
Coastal Charm is a three-story, 5-bedroom, 5.5-bath home in the Treetops neighborhood of Inlet Beach with sleeping for 12. Every bedroom has its own bathroom, the community pool is about a 2-minute walk away, and your stay includes Seacrest Beach deeded beach access, a seasonal beach tram and 4 complimentary bikes for exploring nearby Seacrest, Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach.
The main floor is built for time together. The living room has a wood-plank coffered ceiling, comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV, and it opens to the dining area and kitchen. The kitchen has a large island with seating, stainless steel appliances including a gas range and French-door refrigerator, and a coffee station with both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker. The dining table has upholstered chairs and a bench, and the home also has a half bath and a covered front porch.
Upstairs, two Primary Suites each have a king bed and a bathroom with a freestanding soaking tub, a glass walk-in shower and double vanities. Two queen bedrooms each have their own bathroom with a walk-in shower, and the bunk room has two sets of built-in twin-over-twin bunk beds and its own bathroom. On the third floor, a den with a sectional sofa and TV gives everyone a second place to relax, and a covered balcony with seating is a nice spot for morning coffee.
HELPFUL NEIGHBORHOOD INFORMATION
Treetops has direct access to both Highway 98 and Scenic Highway 30A. The community pool is about 400 feet from the home. Seacrest Beach deeded beach access is about 1 mile away across 30A, and armbands for it are provided. Guests can walk or bike to Seacrest through the neighborhood's back pedestrian gate.
TRANSPORTATION
- Parking is limited to the driveway and garage, with a maximum of 3 vehicles.
- 4 complimentary bikes are included with your stay.
- Treetops offers a free seasonal beach tram (March through October, 9am to 5:30pm) with stops at Seacrest Beach, the Village of Seacrest Beach and Rosemary Beach. The stop is about 180 feet from the home.
- Golf carts may be used within the neighborhood only. They are not permitted in Seacrest or on Highway 98, and no golf cart is included.

Beautiful clean home and very quiet and nice location with great access to the pool and both hwy 98 and 30A (if desired). Unfortunately, several of the household linen items were very worn and torn, and literally began to tear apart upon use. Also, one of the TVs in a guest bedroom began to go out during the stay, and there was a mix-up with the access instructions. Fortunately, the office was able to address the last issue very promptly and we were able to access the property.

Beautiful house and well decorated as listed in a quiet neighborhood with a great pool. The host was also very nice/responsive. Our kids loved being able to ride bikes around and we felt it safe.The problem is it’s too far away from beach access with no way to get there. Seacrest deeded access does not include the Seacrest tram and it’s my fault for not asking that question specifically when I booked. For people staying with families this was an issue as we had no way to get there easily other than to drive to public access which is what we ended up doing. Lucky for us our friends across the street had a driver contracted with their house that we were able to use. I can’t believe their house had this and ours didn’t. Parking is limited on property…3 spots is a stretch because the tiny golf cart size garage has bikes in it and cannot fit a mid size car so really only 2 usable spots. We parked with our car hanging out hoping no one would steal anything since we couldn’t close the garage. The kitchen wasn’t well stocked with pots to cook for the crew of 11 we had. Coastal had sent us an email detailing out amenities that would be provided but they were not there for us…perhaps the previous tenant used it all. The only thing stocked was dishwasher pods. We had our own so no big deal but if it’s not going to be stocked I certainly wouldn’t send an email to guests letting them know it was there for them. It was a nice gesture had it actually be the case.

The house was very pretty and clean but when I reserved this house I was under the impression that we would have access to the neighborhood from 30A but this was not the case. The only gate we could use by car was off of highway 98. When I reserved the property I also asked if golf carts were allowed, they assured me that they were so we rented one the entirety of our stay. Once there we found out that golf carts are not even allowed in Seacrest. We didn’t use the golf cart once and payed a lot of money for it.
