The home was beautiful and in a great location. The pool area was especially nice. Only negative was the home's carpeting. Nearly all carpeting is stained and worn. Power cord for X-box shown in game room is missing.

The home was great for the family. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms. The pool and hot tub were also great. Home has all you need to be comfortable. Will be back for sure.

1st time staying in a Vrbo, 3/5 stars. My family consisted of 12 people. The accommodations were suitable for my family makeup. My complaints with the stay are basically “housekeeping” complaints. Overall our stay was ok. We were familiar with the area from previous vacation rentals in Kissimmee. The home is identical to photos posted. The house itself was ok, but could use some renovations. Specifically the colored food stains on several areas of the carpeting. Many of the reviews make this same complaint. We have used the other big name vacation rental site & prefer stays with them. My mom arrived in town earlier than the rest of the group, once she arrived she noticed areas that were not swept thoroughly by housekeeping. We also noticed dirty bed linen & had to replace linen in one of the bedrooms before going to bed (after a long day of travel & errand running.) One of the King suites upstairs also had a smoke detector in which the battery needed to be replaced. While these complaints may seem minimal, the rate our family paid for the rental these fixes can be easily repaired by the property management group, no one wants to take care of regular household worries while on vacay. The pool sticks to pool table have not yet been fixed or replaced. We are a family who enjoys playing pool together and had to pay to go somewhere outside the home to shoot pool. This review is not a kick to property management but more for future customers. In my communication with the property management company prior to purchase of our 1 week rental I was assured that the issues customers before me had complained about were rectified. I probably wouldn’t have rented knowing that some of the previous concerns were not fully addressed. Overall my family still enjoyed our stay in the Kissimmee area. We just probably won’t use this site again.
