*Pet Policy
We love well-behaved dogs and are excited you are making them part of your travel plans.
1. Fees: For most dogs: A one-time fee of $100.00 per stay per dog will be charged. For excessive-shedding breeds (e.g., Huskies, German Shepherds, Golden Retrievers, Malamutes, etc.) an additional cleaning fee of $75.00 will be charged.
2. Pet Limit: A maximum number of two dogs are allowed per booking.
3. Supervision: Dogs may enjoy the fully fenced backyard, but it is the guest responsibility to always supervise the dogs. Being in a new space can give them anxiety so please do not leave them alone in the house for extended periods. Should you have to be out for several hours, and your dogs are friendly, and I have the time, I can take them for a walk or keep them company for up to one hour.
4. Pet Behavior: Dogs must be house trained and well-behaved. Excessive barking, scratching, or damage to furniture or property is not allowed.
5. Cleanliness: Guest are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs both indoors and outdoors. Please dispose of pet waste properly.
6. Restricted Areas: Pets are not allowed on the furniture.
7. Damage: Any damage caused by your dogs during the stay will result in a request for payment.
*Laundry
1.Respect: Be mindful that the laundry facilities are shared with others. Avoid monopolizing the machines by promptly removing your laundry when a cycle is completed.
2. Cleanliness: Keep the area clean tidy by cleaning up after yourself and dispose of any lint or empty detergent containers.
