From the panoramic views provided by our two story wall of windows to the quiet calm of sitting on our screened in porch and listening to the rain on a stormy evening... the Irish Eagle is full of stories waiting to be told.
Tech? We've got you covered with free high speed wi-fi, Netflix, Dish, a Playstation 3, Alexa and whole house sound system... but do you come to the woods for tech?
In the main suite, you'll find a king bed, pass through fireplace and blackout shades in case you feel like sleeping in. You'll have a walk-in closet en suite with a mirrored Jacuzzi tub that offers you an uninterrupted view of both the lake and the fireplace and tv... while still offering complete privacy.
In the Woodland Bedroom you'll find a queen bed, ceiling fan and beautiful view of the western woods. Conveniently located next to the hall bath with full size washer/dryer, tub and shower. Laundry detergent is on site if you need to wash any clothes during your stay. Custom honeycomb shades allow for natural light without compromising privacy.
Downstairs, a plush pull out sofa and comfortable futon make two independent sleeping quarters - separated in the middle by a wet bar. This room is the third listed bedroom and features another fireplace, pool table, satellite TV and a PlayStation 3. There is a rack of traditional board games and foosball table, as well as a full bath.
Just outside the sliding glass doors, you'll find dual porch swings and a hot tub with a perfect view of the lake. Our 2019 Hot Springs tub offers adjustable jets and colorful lighting with several seating options. Located on its own small deck, this provides anyone using the hot tub with a clear view of both the lake and the night sky.
There is a grill upstairs (half charcoal, half propane) provided for your outdoor cooking needs. We provide propane but you will need to bring charcoal if you prefer to use that.
Linens and towels provided as well as dishes and glassware. Beach towels are provided for dips in the hot tub. We have complimentary coffee station with free premium coffee, decaf, tea and condiments.
You're less than a mile from Eagles' Cove Marina where you can rent pontoons, house boats and more! Everything is within reach from the Irish Eagle!

Our trash service in this area is collected by hand with a pickup truck. As a result, they will not pick up unbagged trash.
Any time a guest leaves a box or empty cans in the trash can, our cleaning crew has come bag their trash by hand so that it can be collected.
Please help us avoid passing along any unnecessary fees by bagging all your trash with the bags provided and placing it in the curbside cans.
We supply trash bags and can bring more if you need them but we have to charge $100 for ANY unbagged trash (even just boxes and cans). Thank you!

What a beautiful place to stay. We loved the view and how quiet the area is. The hot tub was a big plus. As was the game room. Great host and communication.

The house was perfect for our family. The hot tub was wonderful to relax in. The view is beautiful and we enjoyed the fire pit in the evening.

I believe in leaving the positives and negatives on my reviews bc I’m BIG on reading reviews before choosing a place to stay. So I’ll start with my positive. The views are amazing, property has plenty of space to space out and lounge around. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you may think to need!! The garden tub was a big plus for me. The Wi-Fi was good and tv has plenty of channels to watch. The outdoor patio by the entrance was a great place to sit and watch the road. The game room has plenty entertainment. And lastly the host communication was good as well. Now to my negative. There was no firewood provided!! My biggest and really only complaint. It was so disappointing bc there is two wood burning fireplaces and a fire pit on the back porch!! So I was sure for there would be firewood provided, especially for the price I paid. And bc it was almost freezing on the lower level. With it being so cold down there, it kind of turned the place into a two bedroom to be able to sleep comfortably at night. The patio furniture could use some updating or actually the house overall can use a little updating. The hanging speakers with the wires showing was a hard pass for me. There were dead bugs in the window seal by the tub. We couldn’t get the hot tub to get heated pass 93 so we didn’t really use it much as we would have liked. Oh and hiking to that beautiful water that doesn’t seem so far away, isn’t going to happen!!! Maybe bc we’re not experienced. We probably wouldn’t stay again but it’s bc we’re into the more modern look. But we enjoyed ourselves overall.
