Four of us stayed here for the eclipse. The place was perfect for our needs. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were a lot larger than I was expecting.
The nearby trains can be a little loud, however the host was prepared with earplugs for sleeping and we all slept well.
It is an easy walk to downtown and restaurants. I recommend La Fuente, or Joe's Pizza.
My only suggestion would be for more comfortable chairs in the living room.
