You'll be surrounded by the best shopping, entertainment, and eateries Ludington has to offer; yet secluded above it all. This space will inspire you with its old world architectural elements while still providing relaxing modern comforts: vast ceilings and natural light; gorgeous woodwork; state-of-the-art and efficient climate control; & high-speed internet. It’s best suited for couples sharing a queen-sized bed, however there is a couch for an additional for an additional guest for an additional nightly fee. Welcome.

Ryan was such a great host. His space is decorated with love and history. We had a "window on the world" of Ludington right in the heart of town. Our place was clean. Ryan even made us ice so it would be ready. He offered us assistance several times on any ideas he might offer for place to see and do. We love it!!Great 250 year American anniversary. Thanks Ryan

This was a really nice spot. Within about 3 blocks from Lake Michigan, so it was really easy to spend a lot of time at the beach. The shops were nice too. Nearby coffee shops, music stores, and a bookstore were my favorite. The owner was very responsive to needs I had.

We stayed at Ryan’s place for 4 days on our way to a family vacation at Glen Lake, and it couldn’t have been better.Ryan is special—rooted in Ludington history, a gifted artist, and an articulate storyteller we could have listened to for hours. The condo reflects that same spirit: spotless, comfortable, and full of thoughtful touches that make it so much more than a place to stay.He also made excellent bar and restaurant recommendations—places the locals love—that gave us a real taste of Ludington during our stay.The location is ideal—right in the heart of downtown yet still private and quiet. From biking and hiking to walks on the pier and along Lake Michigan, there’s plenty to enjoy just steps away.We left feeling refreshed and grateful for the experience, and for the chance to meet Ryan, who we now call a friend. If you’re looking for a stay with character and a host who truly cares, this is it.

Host Ryan was most enjoyable. Loved the decor, but need a few places to put our things down. Clever use of spaces.Hope to return as our son lives in the area.
