This magnificent modern and elegant villa is ideally situated in a quiet residential neighbourhood, just 3.4 km from Fonte da Telha beach and close to many other fine sandy beaches. With its 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.
The interior of the villa has been decorated with great taste, offering a warm and cosy environment. You will appreciate the quality amenities, including the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, and all the utensils you will need. The bright living room is perfect for relaxing with family or friends, with a television and high-speed Wi-Fi connection. The house is fully air-conditioned, and a washing machine and tumble dryer are at your disposal.
Outside, you can enjoy the heated private pool (max. 22 degrees in winter). Relaxation and outdoor dining areas are also at your disposal, with a barbecue for friendly grilling. Parking is made easy with 2 parking spaces in front of the house outside.

We stay here for 1 week for a girls vacation.
The stay in the house was super nice, everything was very clean and the garden /pool was great and we have lacked nothing. What also was great, was that Bia from the Casa Shelter Team was available around the clock for questions! Thank you very much!

We have family in Portugal (Lisbon) and travel here frequently. We were searching for a villa within 40 minutes from Lisbon airport, and within ten minutes from beaches. This was perfect! Modern, clean, fully air conditioned, great pool for the kids including all water toys and inflatables. Close to multiple beaches and a good bakery, food store etc. Only downside is the lack of view…We will be returning!

The location was good for us to quickly spend time at the beach or in Lisbon, as well as to local restaurants & grocery.
Enjoyed the private pool (was not a fan of having to pay extra for pool towels when it’s a pool home). Bedrooms & baths were updated & nice.
