Relax on the Bold Coast of Maine. Two Bedroom house sitting on Gardner Lake. Wake up daily to the amazing sunrises at this very private location. Swim or boat right off 40' dock located on the property. Plenty of out door areas to enjoy view the with your coffee or catch some rays. Get a local license and go fishing. Wonderful for families who like cooking and want a super private location located at the end of a private road.

The house overall was is a nice location and worked well for our needs overall. I was disappointed in the lack of response from the owner, which seemed odd after reading other reviews about his quick response. We messaged 3 times through the VRBO app with no responses. Our issues were minor and we were able to adapt but the listing had a grill but no propane and the water pressure in the shower was concerningly low. I believe it is usually a very quiet location but unfortunately for us the camp next door is being worked on and there were workers there every single day mostly doing tree cutting and using heavy equipment. That is something that is definitely out of the control of the home owner just unfortunately negatively affected our stay. I would also suggest some sort of check out instruction...there was none.Other then that, the sunrises were amazing, the place was comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to adapt to not using the grill as planned. Thank you for sharing your place!

It is a beautiful, peaceful spot on the lake; however, we were disappointed that the dock was not in place, and another issue was not resolved after we contacted the host.
