Great location, close to everything. 5 min to Marina Jack, Bayfront Park, less than 5 miles to Lido Beach and the famous Saint Armands Cirle. 5.7 miles to Siesta Beach, noted the number 1 Beach of America. My wife and I stayed here from the end of December till March 15. The place was very comfortable, and the location was great -- close to downtown and to the Arlington Aquatic Center where we swam. (It's also 5 minutes away from the YMCA and close to the Selby Botanical Garden.) Susan was very responsive to our request for help when we had a minor electrical problem. Overall, we were very happy with this rental and would definitely recommend it.

This property was beautiful. The location to the beach was great! Just a few minute drive to Siesta key beach. Our stay with another vacation rental was cancelled due to a maintenance issue with the house. The property owner Susan was amazing! She let us check in the following day and was able to accommodate our bigger family. The home was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. I would definitely recommend to anybody who does not mind being off the beach but still close to everything.

This was a perfect house for me. Coming from New York City into such a peaceful neighborhood was ideal. The house was immaculate. The kitchen is bright and open, looking out over the backyard. I had one small problem that was taken care of by the manager in 5 minutes. Amazing! The house is close to just about everything; parks, restaurants, downtown Sarasota shops and more. I would come back in a heartbeat. Hopefully next year.
A big thank you to the manager Susan who was very kind and helpful once the news of the epidemic hit us all. She made sure I had everything I needed. In the end it’s the people that make the vacation, thank you Susan.

My family and I (Wife, 2 daughters: 3year old and 1 year old, plus mom, dad, and sister) went to Sarasota Florida for the first time. I would say our stay at this location was perfect. The location seemed like it was set up for the younger crowd or for families like us. The home was filled with all type of toys which kept my kids really busy, beach toys, plus beach equipment like tents, chairs, and coolers. The house was really clean and well set up. The location was perfect, we were really close to all the beaches, downtown area, Bayfront park, plus there was a nice grocery store in the neighborhood. From my experience traveling with a family, I would recommend this location to all visiting families. The manager (Susan) was very nice too. She was welcoming, friendly, often checked in on us, and accommodated all our requests. For example, our arrival flight was early so she let us check-in early and our departure flights were later in the day so she let us stay past the check-out time, which was really helpful.
