About this house rental

Luxury accommodations 3/4 mile from the Dartmouth Green. Gourmet kitchen and a large deck overlooking a private backyard with fire pit on 1.5 acres. Beautiful, secluded retreat to celebrate your graduate! Walking distance to the festivities.

Large MBR suite on the 1st floor. Open concept living room with a dining table that seats 12. Plenty of room to relax. Piano and board games available!

Lovely home with room for a large family in a woodsy setting. Calm and peaceful gardens. Walking distance to campus. Hosts are very attentive, made everything easy and communicated regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!!

We stayed here for our daughter’s graduation with our 80+ year old parents and our 3 other kids. Steve and Cathy couldn’t have been nicer hosts! The home is lovely, is in a great neighborhood, one mile walk to campus, right next to Rip Road (one of our favorite runs), and a very comfortable place to stay during graduation. If staying during hot weather, worth noting that there is no AC, but fortunately it was unseasonably cool during our stay. Thank you, Steve and Cathy!
