3 bedroom, 2.5 bath unit - Ocean, bay and pool all in a day!

Great location

Beautiful new kitchen! Could use new pots and pans. Furniture in livingroom was comfortable. Two bathrooms were remodeled very nicely! Bedrooms upstairs need new blinds that function and lighting. Master bed was very comfortable!The location is great and we appreciate the ease of checking in.

Good property, amazing location, especially suited for families with young children. Easy access to the cape which provides calm water for the little ones to enjoy.

Overall we had a good experience. This is because the property is wonderfully situated between the bike trail and the bay shore, each within easy walking or biking distance. However, we were not impressed with the hosts or the condition of the property outside the main floor. The main floor with kitchen and living room was clean and attractive. There were two excellent porches, north side and south side. We note that the south porch screen door had a torn screen. Both porch screen doors were difficult to open. The downstairs bedroom was not cleaned -- there were crumbs on the bed. One of the upstairs bedrooms had stuff scattered all over the closet floor. The window treatments throughout were torn or in bad shape. Some of the windows were broken and did not open. We were not impressed with the hosts' communications. There was less than a quarter roll of toilet paper for all three bathrooms when we arrived. Some of the information provided was not accurate or conflicted with other information concerning the property.
