The main level will be the accommodation, while the basement is secured by a smartlock deadbolt and will be off limits. It is locked and used as owner storage. There is also one closet in the dining room that will be locked and off limits to guests. We will be offsite, but are close by and able to help with any questions that may arise! Quiet and family friendly residential neighborhood. Great for strolling or walking! Checkout is 10am unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. Guests who stay beyond the checkout time will be charged a fee of $75 per hour.
