This 4-bedroom villa with swimming pool is set in a 1000 m² garden, ideal for carefree children's play or for enjoying the sun. The villa has an attractive exterior and modern interior and is designed to accommodate 8 guests.
The villa has an area of 150 m² and is divided into 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a large and bright room with an open concept. It consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room with 8 seats. In the modern kitchen with an island, preparing meals will be a real pleasure and you can also enjoy meals at the outdoor dining table. In the kitchen you will find a coffee maker, toaster, stove, oven, microwave and even a wine fridge. In short, everything you could possibly need during your stay. In the evening you can relax on the sofa in front of the TV. The room is air-conditioned, and for colder days, there are several types of heating available - underfloor heating, central heating, wood-burning fireplace... Which will surely mean a lot to you since the villa is available for rent all year round.
