You will love this beautiful villa, surrounded by pines will leave, especially if you are looking for a place where to relax and rest, thanks to its quiet location, the nice swimming pool with the 12 respective loungers for hot summer days and the modern chimney for the winter times. The small ones will certainly enjoy the kids' area.
To get to Villa Portals Nous 2, it's only a 15 minutes journey by car. You can leave your car in the garage once arrived.
Located in the luxurious and welcoming port of Portals Nous, which is at only 1km (0.62 miles) distance, it is also an ideal place if you wish to enjoy some of the most luxurious shops of Mallorca. This harbour internationally famous will leave you bewitched.
Moreover, we suggest you to rejoice in the spectacular golf course in Bendinat, situated at only 1km (0.62 miles) distance.
At only a few minutes walking distance, you'll have multiple choices of bars, shops and restaurants. In Portals Nous harbour, you will come across Mallorca's most famous restaurants, but if you are looking for more choice or more simplicity, Palma city, 15min away by car, offers a wide range of bars and restaurants.

The wide (500m² -5400 feet square ) and charming villa has 5 bedrooms and a capacity for 11 people.
On the pictures you can appreciate the nice swimming pool next to the garden in which you can enjoy a barbecue on the garden's table. The property is entirely fenced.
All the basic commodities are available:
Internet access (Wi-Fi), alarm, television, radio, hair dryer, iron, air conditioning (hot/cold), air-conditioned, 5 electric anti-mosquito devices, 3 fans,
washing machine, dryer.
In the kitchen, you'll find a gas cooker, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and juicer are provided.
Reservation Conditions:
- Visitors must pay a deposit before arrival, of 500.00 Euros, which will be returned after departure.
- Tourist Tax: €2.2/adult/night to be paid upon arrival in cash.
*** HOUSE RULES ***
-Smoking inside the property is prohibited. If you wish to smoke, please do so outside and make sure not to leave cigarette butts on the ground.
-Keep order and cleanliness at all times.
-Guests must take care of the garbage generated during their stay. Please separate the garbage in the corresponding containers and place it in the designated area.
-Use air conditioning and/or heating responsibly. Turn it off when you are not at home or when it is not necessary. Also, make sure to close the windows and doors so that the cold or hot air does not escape.
-Parties or events are not allowed in the house. If you want to have visitors, please do so in moderation and respect the house rules.

We stayed as a family of 10 to celebrate a special birthday. The villa was large and spacious and perfect for what we needed. Couldn’t rate it highly enough! Great location in mallorca. The owner was very responsive and gave great recommendations. Thanks so much for having us.

We were impressed with the lovely traditional building- we are a group of 8 friends & therefore the Villa had more than enough space for us. It was perfectly situated with just a 5 minute walk down the Lane to supermarket & plenty of great bars & restaurants then a little walk further to the beach & more great restaurants & Bars at the beautiful Puerto Portals. We caught the bus to Palma & also visited Magaluf & Port Adriano- I hope I can return again to this lovely location & Villa. I was in contact a few times with Priority Villas prior to our stay & the staff particularly Maud & Gina were wonderful they answered any questions I had promptly & spoke perfect English the few times I called. In addition Janet our host was easily contactable before & during our stay - I would thoroughly recommend using Priority Villas & the accommodation itself hopefully I will be able to return again in the not too distant future.

It has lovely facilities and the host was great with communicating before we arrived regarding check-in. The pool and outdoor area are very relaxing and the house is very spacious.
