Located a stone's throw from the Opéra Garnier in a quiet street, this large air-conditioned apartment (150 sqm) with refined and typically Parisian decoration will seduce you with its volumes (3.70m ceiling height) and the quality of its services.
With its three bedrooms and three bathrooms, you will find ideal comfort: a first master bedroom with its King size bed and dressing room; the other two bedrooms are equipped with Queen size beds and their wardrobe. All rooms are air conditioned.
A large comfortable living room, with its designer sofa and armchairs, will allow you to spend pleasant moments with family or friends. Of course, ultra-high-speed wifi is available to you so you can stay connected throughout your stay.

We had an outstanding stay at this Vrbo. Our host was exceptional from start to finish. He was very accommodating by allowing us to check in early, which was greatly appreciated after a long trip.When we arrived, he had wine and snacks waiting for us, a thoughtful touch that made us feel immediately welcome. He also provided an excellent information book with detailed recommendations and helpful tips for the neighborhood, transportation, and local attractions. It was one of the best guidebooks we’ve received at any vacation rental.The apartment itself was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which made a huge difference during our stay in Paris. The location was excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed using the apartment as our home base while exploring the city.I would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Paris. Thank you for helping make our trip such a memorable one!

You will not be disappointed with this apartment. My family of 5 stayed there the 3rd week of June during an exceptional heat wave. There is an AC unit in every room which had no difficulties keeping the apartment cool even on 105 degree days. The apartment is updated and immaculate with thoughtful details such as thick plush towels, comfortable bedding, an iron and steamer, coffee maker, and welcome gifts upon arrival. And unlike many apartments, this one has King and Queen sized beds, which is an unusual find. The host was flexible and accomodating and communication was efficient. The apartment is walking distance to The Opera house, Louvre and lots of shopping. There is a coffee shop next door, and also a metro station steps away. I recommend this apartment without hesitation and would book this again.

This was property is luxurious, clean, well appointed and better than a five star hotel.I stayed here with my two adult children and their girlfriends. We were six adults and had plenty of space. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. There is a metro stop right in front of the apartment building. The location is convenient to so many areas and sights. The check in process was easy and convenient with someone meeting us there upon arrival with keys and instructions. Every morning we had coffee and breakfast in the flat before we started our day. The air conditioning was a life saver as we were there during the heat wave at the end of May. I highly recommend this property and would stay here again. I visit Paris often and this stay exceeded my expectations.

Don’t even know where to begin. We felt like we were part of the hustle and bustle of Paris staying in this upscale apartment. It is beautifully decorated, and the bathrooms and kitchen updated. A great location with grocery, the galleria Lafayette and cafes near by.
