Just steps from skiing and dining, hiking, mountain biking, restaurants and more, enjoy modern luxury within our Two Bedroom Residence at the upscale Hyatt Centric.
The property offers a year round outdoor heated swimming pool, hot tub, relaxing lobby areas, sauna, game room, and a modern fitness facility. On site the Escala Provisions Company (EPC) Restaurant & Bar is available for your dining enjoyment.
During summer you will step out the door to enjoy mountain biking, hiking and other alpine adventures. Winter ski valet will provide your skis/board, strap such immediately upon exiting the door (true ski in ski out property) and hit Park City's 7300 acres of terrain.

Our luxurious 1315 square foot two bedroom residence (as pictured, unlike booking through the property with a random unit assignment, the specific residence pictured is the one you will enjoy) will be your convenient year-round base camp for both alpine activity and leisurely living.
The spacious fully equipped kitchen has everything you'll need for a cup of coffee in the morning and home cooked meal at the end of the day.
The cozy living room with fireplace and flat screen TV is the perfect spot to gather after a day of skiing or shopping. Balcony is provided for your enjoyment.
The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed, flat screen tv, large dresser and access to the balcony. Adjacent bathroom offers a stand alone shower and jacuzzi tub.
Second bedroom sleeps up to four with two queen beds, also equipped with gas fireplace, small private balcony and full ensuite bathroom.
The sofa sleeper in the living room rounds out your sleeping accommodations for up to eight.
No need to over pack as your unit has a washer/dryer.
Our guests enjoy the same privileges as all Hyatt guests with services covered by the mandatory resort fee (see below, applicable to both our guests and those who book through Hyatt) including valet and self parking, movie dvd rental, local and national newspapers, incoming/outgoing faxes, premium wireless internet, lobby hydration stations, seasonal shuttle in Canyons Village and ski valet. Please note that this condo is managed by a 3rd party rental management company thus front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance are not provided by Hyatt; instead these services will be provided by Canyons Village Rentals.

Parking: Valet or self-parking for one car in heated underground community garage. The charge for valet parking is $40 per night, self-parking is $30 per night.

The location was excellent! It is a very short 2 min walk or ski out downhill to the Sunrise Gondola. Amenities were great: 2 hot tubs, heated pool, gym, sauna, restaurant & ski rental shop that were easy to access. The rental was clean, well furnished, beds comfortable, kitchen well stocked & had an easy to use fireplace. We enjoyed our week here & look forward to booking this place again in the future!

While the unit that i rented was as described in the pictures and in one of the buildings of the Hyatt centric, the online description is deceiving. This unit is offer with NO housekeeping service, and even to disposed the garbage is complicated, because this is NOT a unit operated by Hyatt. To dispose the garbage you have to cross the street to go to the main building, and take the elevator to the basement. When i tried to give it to the housekeppers in the floor, they said this unit is not operated by Hyatt. The MB toilet is not working properly and gets clogged all the time, and Hyatt will not send their maintenance for the same reason. They promote L'occitane toiletries, but they only supply 2 bar soaps, 2 small gels, 2 small shampoos and 2 small lotions for 4 people (2 bathrooms). I contacted the property manager by VRBO website, and i did not hear from them until i check-out. I do not recommend this unit, unless it is managed by a responsive property manager or the Hyatt itself.
