About this apartment rental
This fully renovated apartment offers a relaxing living space or a place to work from home, with a view of the sea for the whole family. All shops and services are within walking distance.
The property
Located across from 5 Pineaux Beach on the Vendée Coast Road in Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez, this ground-floor apartment is just a few meters from the village of Sion-sur-l’Océan (and its renowned fish market!).
All shops and services are within walking or biking distance; you can leave your car in the private underground garage.
You can enjoy the ocean view from the loggia and the living room, with direct access to the Corniche.
We completely gutted and rebuilt this 63 m² apartment from scratch—we’ve thought of everything!
- Free Wi-Fi
- Living room with a fully equipped kitchen and cabinet (dishwasher, freezer, induction cooktop, etc.),
- First bedroom with a 140-size bed and closet, TV,
- Second bedroom with one 140-size bed and one single loft bed (for children ages 6 and up) with a closet,
- Loggia opening onto a wooden deck,
- Bathroom with a large shower stall and a washing machine (the toilet is separate).
- The total sleeping capacity is therefore 6 (the children’s bed does not count; the living room sofa converts into a bed, and we provide baby equipment if needed).
With the sea right in front of you (if you can see the Île d’Yeu, it’s a sign of good weather), you’ll be 1 hour from Nantes (land of the dukes and Muscadet wine), 1 hour and 30 minutes from Puy du Fou, and 24 minutes from Challans.
A secure key box is available, allowing you to check in at your convenience based on your schedule.
