About this apartment rental
Located in Hamilton Cove on Catalina Island, this newly remodeled condo offers a peaceful stay for the entire family. Here you will enjoy beautiful ocean views with a balcony to entertain outside. The relaxing waves crashing below will keep your mind away from everyday stress. Community includes pool, spa, exercise room, tennis courts, private beach and private pier with a dock as well as a playground for the children. Condo has newly installed A/C. Please note unit has stairs.
Private gated community with 24/7 security present
The best way to get to the condo is the use of a taxi from the boats. Tell the taxi driver you are going to "Hamilton Cove". The condo is located at "Building 1 unit 60" or tell them "1-60".
The condo is on a hillside and you can access the place either from the top or the bottom of the hill. It's easier to walk down stairs than up them (obviously), so we suggest the taxi drop you off at the top. Tell the taxi driver to drop you off "at the top at the second entrance to the first building". This way you just walk down to unit 60 and enjoy the ocean view on the way down.
The front door has a lockbox and a unique code will be provided to you via text on the day of arrival. There are two keys, one for the door and the other for the brand new 6-seater golf cart parked at the bottom of the stairs. Just walk to the right when exiting the stairs and the golf cart is in space 60. You can use this golf cart around in the community and drive it into and around town.
There are 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed. The couch is a sleeper sofa with a queen mattress. In addition, we have two queen air mattresses in the guest bedroom closet
The condo comes with free use of a golf cart. This is a brand new golf cart that seats 6. There is an assigned parking spot at the condo
We have many items for infants and toddlers including high chair, toddler inflatable bed, crib, door gate, safety locks for cabinets, outdoor portable chair, toys, step stool, and more. Let me know if need something and we may have it or can possibly get it. Also note that the entire Hamilton Cove area may have limited cellular service, depending on provider. While at the condo connect to Wifi and enable wifi calling on phone.

Amazing place and fantastic host! This place has everything you want and need for your stay in Catalina and if you need something additional the hosts are super responsive. We have a baby who refuses to sleep in a pack and play so I asked if they could get a mini crib and they did so without question. Plus the views and the golf cart and all the equipment like basketballs and tennis racquets make the stay top notch. We will definitely be back

Place was stunning, great views and amenities. Has everything you need for a family. Having the golf cart included was great. Not much else needs said! Can’t wait to come back.

We could not have been happier with our accommodations. The condo was modern and clean with spectacular views. Scott was very communicative and we received many notes before, during and day of departure. Having the golf cart at our disposal was a big bonus! We would recommend this unit as it is by the pool, gym, and beach.
