We were awestruck when we opened the door! Beautiful decor and directly on the river with great views of the water. Host was very attentive and we had everything we could possibly need.Highly recommend staying here if you are in the Waverly area!

From the ease of checking in to the ease of checking out everything was great! The penthouse is gorgeous, immaculate, and so well equipped. The location is great for walking to restaurants, shops, and more. The river views can't be beat. Waverly is a sweet town! We were in town from Virginia for a wedding and the penthouse we were so glad we chose the Penthouse! Excellent!

Home base for family get together was perfect -everyone loved the space. Well appointed with comfortable be; kitchen perfect for cooks. Lovely Lounging in living space. Stairs are many but rewards at the top. entryway well designed for security. Views of the river fantastic. The bridge construction reduced traffic and noise :-)

Wow!! What a wonderful stay at this magnificent loft apartment, where modern, rustic, and electic meets. It is truly a "show home" that has a very comfy feel to it that makes it a home away from home. I would highly recommend this property for a very comfortable stay in Waverly.
