While we have taken measures to ensure a comfortable environment, please be aware that occasional noise from nearby establishments or street activities may be present.
❖️ Check-in is at/after 4 pm and check-out time is no later than 11 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability. Unauthorized late check-out will incur a fee of $100 per hour for each hour after 11 am.
❖️ Upon check-in, you will find towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper provided for your convenience. We do not replenish supplies during your stay, so please plan accordingly.
❖️ Please maintain cleanliness by utilizing the trash cans provided.
❖️ To prevent insects and mold, keep all windows and doors closed. Leaving them open while the AC is on could result in a fee up to $500. For optimal comfort, we recommend setting the AC between 72-83°F.
❖️ This apartment is privately owned and does not include maid service or daily cleanings. The cleaning fee covers a final cleaning after your checkout.
✘ Unregistered guests are not allowed.
✘ Pets are not permitted. Clarify any related concerns before booking.
✘ No parties or significant noise after 9:00 pm. Violation will result in eviction without a refund for the remaining reservation.
✘ Smoking of any substance is strictly prohibited in the unit. Any evidence of smoking will incur a $250 fee, and you will be asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation.
✘ Moving the furniture is not allowed. Violation of this rule can result in a penalty of $250.
✘ Please use bins and do not flush paper towels, wipes, trash, or feminine products down the toilet. Any blockage caused by such items will be charged to the guest.

Stayed for an extended weekend in February. Flew into FLL and rented a car and parked it in the included parking space, but quickly realized everything was in walking distance in south beach and the car was not needed. Wish we ubered and did not rent a car. The building is older however the apartment is updated, cozy and has everything you need in a place in Miami Beach. There was a strong smell from the drains when we got there but with a little airfreshener and being there a day it was gone. The bed was comfortable, the 2 futons had linen for them. The sunshade for the front door was great. The air conditions worked well. The shower didnt have the greatest water pressure but was big and spacious. The place was very clean and in proper function.

The security gate was broken so homless and drunk ppl pissing in the garage was disturbing the security aspect but it was very clean and quaint. I would stay again as it was right next to everthing on south beach. It fulfilled all the needs for our stay. It definitely grew on us but the location, cleanliness of the unit and free off street parking was the best for this unit.
