About this cottage rental
Plenty of space to enjoy a short stay. Enjoy the lake and the secluded yard spaces this property has to offer. Just renovated the main home and always making progress to add more amenities for all to enjoy what this property has to offer. Bring a boat in the summer, snowmobiles in the winter. Quiet lake side road surrounded by orchards on a historic landing point on Lake Champlain.
This property does have a shared driveway, with separate parking, for two guest houses. The waterfront is privately owned but is shared amongst the rental units. There are separate lawn spaces and fire pits for each unit.

Very spacious property. Accommodated us very comfortably. Clean but is in the woods so hard to keep up with cobwebs. Hosts were wonderful. We had a minor issue and were at the property in minutes.

Very comfortable home with lots of room for extended family. Right on the lake and very quiet setting. New kitchen too with everything we needed. Hosts were very responsive too.

House works great for a large family. The house was clean and comfortable. Plenty of space for small group gathering. House was well stocked with essentials.

Although we did not need to contact host for any problems we were made to feel that it would never be an issue, The impression we had was they would be quick to respond. The host needed to contact us for a couple service issues and were extremely friendly flexible and non invasive. We would absolutely recommend this host and location
