The location is amazing—a quick walk to campus, baseball, softball, lacrosse, or football fields! A convenience store is walking distance, as are several restaurants and The Linebacker Bar! There is also a really good smoothie shop. The room was recently remodeled and spacious. It has everything you need to have a comfortable stay and enjoy the town of South Bend! The beds were SUPER comfy!!! Doug was super responsive and available! We would stay again.

Property is as described! Very close to ND, walkable to campus and close by to a handful of places (Linebacker) which are must visits for those who are in town for a first experience.
A handful of minor issues were addressed timely by the owner. Great experience, no issues - strongly recommend and 5 star.

There was a horrible odor that started at the front door and went all through the living room
It appeared to have either come from the dishwasher line or the sewer line. The owner needs to look into it for the next tenants.
