About this cottage rental
Welcome to "Tiny Homes on Walloon Lake" nestled on the north arm directly on Walloon Lake. 2 cottages 2 Bed/2 Bath total sleep 8 people (2 Queen beds/ 2 Queen Sleeper Sofa). Sleeps 8 people total. Ideally for 2 small families or couples retreat wanting to have their own space, yet have lakefront amenities including a boat dock (bring your boat or ask us about renting one), fire pit, grill, corn hole, kayaks, & million dollar sunsets. Walloon Lake awaits!

-Jones Landing Park with playground, pavilion and BEACH (1/4 mile from our home)
-Queen bed and queen pull out sofa
-Family Board Games
-Gas Fireplace in main cottage
-Back deck covered porch with seating for 5 with views of Walloon Lake
-Dogs allowed (max 2) for a total fee of $100
-The water is 5-6 feet deep at the end of the boat dock, so bring your boat or rent one! This can vary depending on how much rain has fallen.
-Cottage is 686 sq ft
-We are just a 6-7 min drive to Meijer & Walmart
-We are a 7 min drive to downtown Petoskey!
The main cottage:
You will enter into the kitchen and dining area of the main cottage with the queen immediately to the left. To the right past the kitchen is the laundry room and bathroom. The living room is straight after entering the cottage. Each cottage is about 686 sq ft. with views of Walloon Lake
Guest access
Guests will NOT have access to the garage.
Other things to note
*Guests will need to walk down stairs to Walloon Lake from the cabins; stairs do not have railings.

What a great visit! We were here for the first snowfall of the year which was a real treat for us Southerners. David, the host, was very kind and super responsive. We will definitely visit again and highly recommend the cottages!

An absolute wonderful stay. There was some construction at the property next door but we spent most of the day out and about. Plenty of games and water activities to do on property if you prefer to not leave the cabins. Highly recommend stargazing at the end of the dock. Perfect for a small getaway.

Our family enjoyed a long weekend trip to this amazing Walloon Lake property! David is an awesome host, very prompt with responding and checking in. The property is very clean, well stocked and cozy for a fun lakeside trip. Highly recommend we will definitely be returning !

We had such a wonderful time at these cottages. The set up of the two tiny homes was perfect for our family of six. The property immaculate. Nothing more soul filling than a stay Walloon Lake! The cottages are equipped with everything a guest could need very clean and comfortable :-) These hosts are so thoughtful we’ll definitely be returning!
