About this cottage rental
Precious country house recently restored in its entirety while maintaining the old Mallorcan character. Comfortable exteriors for peaceful enjoyment next to the spectacular swimming pool. Large porch with fixed barbecue. The house has 3 double bedrooms with air conditioning, 2 full bathrooms and an outdoor toilet. Furnished and equipped kitchen and large living-dining room with fireplace.
Children's area with trampoline, swings and ping pong.
Located on the outskirts of the city of Inca, heart of Mallorca.
Inca is the third largest city in Mallorca, located between Palma and Pollensa, and is well known for its shoe and leather goods industry,
in the centre of this city there are a large number of shops to purchase products made on the island.
Its famous weekly market that takes place every Thursday morning and the wineries attract numerous tourists.
After Palma, it is one of the best-connected cities on the island thanks to train and public transport system.
- Security deposit, £500, will be retained on credit card.
Important information about waste recycling:
In the area, there is a strict waste recycling organisation. It is mandatory for both residents and tourists.
A fine of €500 will be charged from the deposit to those customers who do not comply with recycling rules and/or leave rubbish in the house after their departure.
Expenses aside;
- Heating consumption, paid according to market price at the time of stay.
- Tourist tax, paid in advance before entry.

Eine wunderschöne, neu sanierte Finca mitten auf dem Land! Im Haus und draußen war viel Platz zum Verweilen. Es gibt viele Bereiche, wo man sich zurückziehen kann. Stilvolle, gemütliche und passende Deko und Einrichtung von Ikea. Für Kinder gab es Schaukeln, ein Trampolin, verschiedene Luftmatratzen, Tischtennis. Babybett/-stuhl waren vorhanden. Plastikgeschirr für Kids bzw für den Pool wären praktisch gewesen. Wir hatten den Eindruck, dass einige Dinge vor Übergabe nicht gründlich geprüft wurden: im Pool war Sand und trübes Wasser, die Musikbox funktionierte nicht, das Satellitenkabel war aus dem TV gerissen, Milchaufschäumer kaputt, das Trampolin seitlich zerfetzt, Bälle hatten keine Luft mehr. 4 Weingläser, 3 Müslischüsseln und 5 Spültabs waren für die Hausgröße zu wenig. Die Kommunikation war stets tadellos, freundlich, zügig und man bemühte sich engagiert um Reparatur. Pool-/Strandhandtücher sowie Shampoo/Duschgel müssen selber mitgebracht werden! Der Müll muss komplett selber in Inca entsorgt werden. Insgesamt hat uns das Haus sehr gefallen und wir möchten es klar weiterempfehlen, denn wir kommen gerne wieder:-) *Muchas gracias*
