Charming apartment with a good location in Riviera del Sol and beautiful view to the Mediterranean Sea.
The apartment is comfortably furnished and contains what you need for a lovely holiday. There is 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen and a living room.
The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, freezer, oven, etc. Next to the kitchen you have the living room which contains a dining area and a cosy sofa area, where you will find a TV with lots of different TV channels such as English, French, German, Russian, Scandinavian, etc.. From the living room there is direct access to the terrace where there is a beautiful view to the Mediterranean Sea. The terrace contains garden furniture where you can enjoy a meal.
There is a total of 2 bedrooms.
1st bedroom: Contains a double bed.
2nd bedroom: Contains 2 single beds.
There is air conditioning throughout the apartment.
There is 3 swimming pools available in the community area, so you can choose the one you like the best. There are 4 sunbeds with the apartment, which can be taken to the swimming pools.
Due to the good location of the apartment you have everything within walking distance, and there is only 50 meters to the nearest restaurants and shops. There is a supermarket only 300 meters away. The beach is only 300 meters away and here you will be able to find restaurants where you can enjoy a good meal.
The area is also used by many golfers and there is several golf courses within short distances, and the nearest is Miraflores Golf, which is only 2 km away.
A nice holiday apartment, due to its facilities and location, and is ideal for a comfortable stay at all times of the year.

Location excellent, 5 minutes away from 2 supermarkets, 10 minutes from the beach, 5 minutes from local restaurants, 15-20 minutes walk to other local restaurants and those along the boardwalk.
30-40 minutes walk from the beaches at la cala de mijas where you can hire jetskis or use the floating aqua obstacle course. Or get a cheap taxi 3-4 euro.
We were able to check in early which was a bonus but the property manager had never been to this property before so was lacking in knowledge.
Dishware should to be replaced as it is all chipped.
Internal doors could do with a repaint as they are looking tired and chipped.
Maybe review the departure process. The guidance is leave the door unlocked with keys on the kitchen counter, could lead to issues if there was ever a dispute over returning of a security deposit as there is no one present to see you leave. It also meant that i had to open the security gate and return to the apartment to drop off the keys whilst the rest of the family held the gate open.
Would be good if you could signpost guests to where everything is in the apartment and how the devices work rather then relying on the digital guest guide which doesnt really go into any specific details, the TV instructions were in Norwegian i think so we had to work it out ourselves and we only found the large glasses in a separate cupboard separate from the kitchen on the last evening.
A good apartment but could be great if it had a few tweaks.

Well equipped and good location, albeit hilly and plenty of steps as typical of this resort.
Would stay here again as had everything needed, although no sun loungers for our apartment so we tended to stay on balcony. Pools are fab though and worth a morning dip each day!

We know the area well as we have local family but still discovered new places whilst visiting. Amazing views, great location as the board walk opens you up to as far as you'd like to walk. Max beach is our favourite. Lovely apartment with everything you need. Would recommend to anyone.
