The Kachina Canyon Overlook Cabin. Cozy, quaint and affordable describes this three-bedroom cute cabin. At 7000 feet elevation, fresh air and mild temperatures await your arrival. Located just 10 minutes from downtown Flagstaff, and backing a small, forested canyon, this little hideaway will surely become a favorite getaway year after year. This is a single level cabin, with no stairs to enter and none inside, so perfect for all groups.
*For all stays 10 nights or longer, the cleaning fee will be double the regular amount for a deep clean after guest departure.*
***Home does NOT have a/c but is equipped with central heating for winter months***
*Late departure fine is $35 per every 15 minutes.*
*For cancelled reservations, anything within the cancellation window will be granted a full refund minus the 4% processing fee.*

The stay was incredible. Very timely responses and very clean. The coffee pot was taking 30 to 40 minutes to brew and after contacting the owner we had a new coffee pot within a couple hours. So grateful! We did quite a bit of cooking and found a good supply of utensils, pots and pans, etc. and a very nice grill. Nice washer and dryer, detergent available. Many thanks and when I get back to Sedona I'll be back in contact.

Very nice property. Very clean. Very quiet. Lovely back porch. Everything was great. We loved this property. Close to the highway, Dollar General and a gas station with a Subway. We highly recommend this property.
