Centrally located! This 3 bedroom home sits less than a mile from LCSC, St. Joseph's Hospital, major grocery stores, restaurants, downtown and the walking paths along the two rivers! This comfortable home has a fully stocked kitchen with all appliances you would need for a comfortable stay! It has a separately rented one bedroom basement apartment. In addition, it has a beautifully landscaped yard with a perfect deck to relax on after a long day!

I was traveling with my elderly parents & it was perfect for us. The home was clean & updated, with enough room for us to enjoy. The yard was beautiful and had a great deck to enjoy your morning coffee or evening meal. I booked through Orbitz (Which I will never do again), which made any communication with the host a challenge for us both. Orbitz has no platform to communicate with the host. VRBO would send a “message” email, but I was never able to access the message. I attempted using the email link, VRBO app, & even called VEBO to troubleshoot. Uggg!! Definitely a FANTASTIC place to stay, but book using VRBO App!!

Nice little house and well kept. Communications with hostess prior to check in was great but not after I moved in. My Dad and I both enjoyed the property very much.
