About this villa rental
Our House is located very close to the sandy beach of St Cruz (Praia do Pisâo). Integrated in an urbanization with tennis courts and swimming pool of 25 M (that will have a utilization rate). Is arranged on three floors in the R / C is the garage a large hall with a service sink, a full bathroom. Down stairs have a storage room, the kitchen and the living room quite large. Climbing the stairs will be in!Th floor with two more bedrooms and another full bathroom, and a balcony to give the garden and Mar. Climbing up another flight of stairs will be on the 2nd floor with 2 bedrooms, a large hall with game table and bookshelf with magazines. Rising a little more we enter a huge patio for sun bathing and socializing. On top of this courtyard there is another smaller and isolated which is a magnificent solarium. These two courtyards provide us with a magnificent view of the sea and in the distance the islands of Berlengas. The beach of S. Cruz is a white sandy beach, very clean and wide is considered very good beach (Blue Flag) and is less than 100 meters from the house. Good for surfing, there are also good restaurants and seafood restaurants. . One can hire flights of aircraft and gliders. There are plenty of paragliders that venhem land on the beach.

Our landlord was extremely helpful, the house has an old fashioned charm and a few quirks that made our stay interesting. The beach was beautiful, easily accessible and very clean, but beware the huge Atlantic breakers - though it's great if you're a surfer. The local swimming pool is, quite literally, about 50 metres from the house and is a great facility. Open air, 3 pools - two of which are kiddie friendly - a small shop for ices etc, clean and well maintained. We had a hired car and there is parking across the street from the house, as parking can be quite limited. Although the house had obviously been closed up for a little while, and being so close to the sea in a moist atmosphere creates damp conditions indoors, a few hours of open windows and doors soon sorted that out. We were a party of extended family, 9 members in all and had a great holiday, suiting all of us, from late 50's to 7 years old. On our last evening, we had booked a table at 'Noah' a beautiful beach front restaurant - booking is a must, it's very popular. The views out over the beach, watching the sunset on the ocean whilst enjoying a great meal... what an evening! Can heartily recommend both the food and the wonderful staff, they were so accommodating for our youngest family member who has autistic issues and can find noise, new places and experiences overwhelming. It was a thoroughly fantastic round off to our holiday.
