The Pilot (unit #6) at Whale Inn is a cozy studio with all the amenities of home. Recently updated, this unit can sleep 2 and has a kitchenette.

As we said, The unit will accommodate two adults.
This is a Ground floor unit, but it is not handicap accessible or equipped.
All of our units have private WiFi Internet connection. We know how attached many of us have become to our various devices and how frustrating some public Internet connections can be.
Have a larger party or need space for more than two? We can accommodate this as well by offering you additional units in the same building.
The property is a dog friendly property for an additional fee.

We really enjoyed our stay! Had a couple minor issues but I let them know and they acknowledged them and got them fixed. If we stop back in Depoe Bay we’ll for sure stay here again!

We were unable to come as we lost a family member in a terrible accident shortly before our trip. The host was so gracious and kind to us - they fully refunded our stay even though we were past the full-refund window. We had expected to lose that money and didn't ask for any special accommodations, but when the host heard why we wouldn't be making it, they reached out on their own and let us know it would be fully reimbursed. It was unexpected and a very touching thing from a stranger during a trying time, and for that, I'd give 10 starts if I could. We will definitely be looking at staying here when we can reschedule our trip!

Just what we were looking for. Economical, no-frills, quiet and close to all the action in Depoe Bay. No complaints at all; easy check-in, easy check-out, all the amenities needed, warm and dry! Thank you for making our 45th wedding anniversary fulfilling! jb and lb

It smelled! It's damp needs a dehumidifier! All the rugs are dirty and sticky damp! The water smells like sewer in the bathroom.The place was clean. Bed is so high I hurt my back getting on it! We had one half used roll of toilet paper and no extra rolls for a 3 night stay!But the biggest issue is it needs a dehumidifier that's why even the toilet paper roll is damp as well as all those filthy rugs! We had to wear shoes entire stay inside. It's not really pet friendly even though you have sheets for the dogs and a towel, the dog even being a Akita like mine hurt himself the first night trying to get on the bed with me on his dog sheet because the bed is so high off the ground. My husband is 6' 2" and had a hard time!
