Welcome to Seasons of South Haven Rentals where we love spoiling our guests! Our Ryland Cottage is a favorite retreat for families, couples seeking relaxing time together, or a friends getaway! This inviting space offers the perfect blend of comfort, style, and convenience with tons of space for fun with large families or groups! You won’t want to miss this beautifully designed home with beach access just a 10 min walk at the end of our street!
The cottage is centrally located between the beautiful beach towns of South Haven (10 min) and St. Joe (22 min) a perfect location to explore all the beauty west MI has to offer! VanBuren State Park is less than 5 minutes away with a beautiful beach, sand dunes & walking trails. Shopping, beach days, restuarants, berry picking, local breweries & wineries are all a short trip away!
This spacious home is well equipped and designed for families and groups seeking quality time together. With sleeping space for up to 14 guests, you'll enjoy a memorable vacation filled with comfort and fun.

We have close neighbors and positive neighbor interactions are very important to us. Quiet hours outside start at 10PM and are enforced. We ask that you keep outside noise to a minimum after that time.

Everything was great! The game room was a hit with the kids. The backyard area was a great space…the fire pit was great for hot dogs & smores.

We had 12 people with us. Plenty of room for everyone, 3 bathrooms, game room and lots of awesomeness! Check in and out super easy. Carrie, the host, was fantastic - personable, responsible and even gave us some personal touches at check in. Photos are spot on. Master is attached to bunk room so hubby and I opted to the bedroom off living room. We BBQ’d, day at beach, photos at sunset, s’mores at the pit. Unforgettable and lots of fun memories made!

The house was spacious and beautiful. My husband and I travel to MI every year with our 3 adult married children and their growing families. This house tops the list of places we’ve stayed. There’s a lot of privacy while being only minutes from several beautiful beaches, excellent food choices, and charming towns. Carrie was easy to reach, extremely friendly, and left several little touches that made this trip one of the best.
The “walk” to the nearest beach was a safer drive due to the road and close proximity to the highway, but that didn’t distract from the overall experience.

Everything was good and perfect . The only comment is this is difficult with kids to walk to the beach - the distance is ok but the road is not extremely safe to walk with kids - no sidewalks
