Nestled in a quiet neighborhood in the Village of Oak Creek, Lux at Pinon Woods is near shopping, dining, golf resorts, and hiking trails. Many would agree this home is incredible because of the small details that make your experience better than your expectation. The attention to detail regarding the stocked kitchen, the luxury beds and linens, and even the furnishing throughout were chosen for guest's like you. ~ Stays 21 days or more require a utility deposit of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file.
~ Check-in time is at 4:00 PM
~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM
~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind
~Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age.
~Casago provides a starter pack of hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap.
~Reservation holder must always occupy the home unless approved in advance by Casago.
~All reservations must submit their driver's license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
~Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer- Airbnb money request will be sent within 14 days of departure.
~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder and an additional screening fee.
~ The guest is liable for all pet damage if the home is pet approved. Select homes are pet approved.
~No Smoking
~No large gatherings
~No mailbox access will be granted
~No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
~Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection
~All homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. We appreciate your cooperation in advance.

We had a wonderful time at the LUX at Pinon Woods! The views from the property are fabulous. The house was very clean, check in was easy and the host was very responsive when we had questions. The property is in a quiet neighborhood close to several great restaurants and many great hiking trails. We would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Sedona area!

It was perfect for my three sisters and me. The photos don’t to justice to the magnificence of the front view.Very well appointed and clean.Our only disappointment was the living room furniture. The couch is in individual sections, and if you lay down, they push apart where your butt lands. I recently had surgery, and we had a very scary moment When my sisters had to stabilize everything. There were a lot of stair steps into the house from the garage, and were definitely exhausting for all of us 60-something’s with our luggage and groceries. There is a small dumberwaiter but we didn’t see it til we were leaving

I almost canceled the stay because the local property manager required an extremely time consuming and invasive pre-check in process including surrender of sensitive information and submission to "mug shot" photo submission thru an app that didn't work. Took hours and multiple calls, emails. Ruined my vibe before we left on the trip.

Our group of 4 friends came to Sedona for hiking, shopping, and fun and this house was the perfect place for us to stay. The location was perfect for all of the activities we had planned. The house was great because there was plenty of space to spread out at the end of the day and the hot tub was a nice treat! The house has everything you need. We would definitely stay again if we were in the area.
