Private: property, swimming pool fenced (5 x 10 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 27.May. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower, arbour (20 m2), terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. Das Anwesen, die Lage und die Aussicht sind wundervoll. Das Haus als solches ist jedoch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und sollte dringend aufgewertet werden. Mit ein paar Reparaturen einer neuen Küche sowie zeitgemässen Duschen wie Betten wäre das Haus ein Traum.

Tegliaia is een ruim huis, prachtig gelegen in het landschap. De eigenaars zijn hele aardige mensen. Het huis voelt een beetje als vergane glorie. Het zou een grote schoonmaakbeurt kunnen gebruiken (de wanden van de badkamers waren ronduit vies, de toiletpotten ook) en er zou een dag een klusjesman rond moeten lopen om alle kleine dingen te maken zoals loszittende toiletbrillen, wiebelende tafels die met bierviltjes in elkaar worden gehouden etc. Het zwembad is ook mooi gelegen, maar ook het zwembad verdient een grote schoonmaakbeurt. Er zat een hele vieze rand aan de waterrand. Met een beetje moeite kunnen de eigenaars een prachtig vakantiehuis maken van dit huis. Het is dan een fantastisch huis. Wij hadden van tevoren al vragen gesteld over de schoonmaak. Kennelijk is daar niets mee gedaan, jammer.
