Spectacular Bermuda Bay Home. 5 Bedroom, 4 1/2 Bath Home. 3 Queens, 5 Single beds and 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa. Home sleeps 13. Main level has two master bedrooms with queen beds 2 1/2 baths. Third level has one large bedroom with three single beds and ensuite bathroom. Lower level has two additional bedrooms one has a queen bedroom and one has two twin beds and 1 bathroom. Queen sleeper sofa is in the downstairs living room. On the main floor guests can enjoy a spacious living room. Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator with icemaker, stove/oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, blender, regular coffee pot, Keurig coffee pot and toaster. Dining room is off of the kitchen. Bar stools are available at the kitchen area. Lower level has a living room, dining room and full kitchen. Main level and lower level both have washer and dryers. Lower level has a patio to enjoy overlooking pond. Home has 2 smart televisions. Free WIFI. Front porch has furniture to relax after a day at the beach. Back porch is off the living room and comes with furniture. Wood floors in main living areas and carpet in the bedrooms. 2 Car garage. No smoking and No pets allowed. Enjoy this home and all that Oceanside Village has to offer; private beachfront parking which includes outdoor showers and restrooms, indoor/outdoor pool, kids splash pad, playground, volleyball, basketball, two bocce ball courts, pickleball court, shuffleboard court and two tennis courts. Golf carts can be rented through the Oceanside Village Office. Linens are not included but can be purchased.

We absolutely loved our house! It had everything you need for a great week; well appointed kitchen with all the glasses, cooking utensils and plates for a large group. The process of renting, checking in and communications with Rose Real Estate was excellent as well. The beach is about a 10 minute walk and everyone we came across was very friendly.We highly recommend his place

We had a great time at 197 Georges Bay. The house is well maintained, well appointed, clean and in wonderful condition. The property is private and quiet and within minutes of the private gated beach complete with an outdoor shower, bathroom, and beachfront restaurant. The towns of Surfside Beach, Garden City Beach, and Murrells Inlet are quaint and inviting and have every type of dining and entertainment. Charleston is a charming city that makes for a fun and easy day trip.
