To ensure your absolute comfort, we have also equipped the space with air conditioning and fans to suit every preference.
⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTE: To respect our building’s community regulations, the air conditioning must be turned off at night (from 11:30 PM to 8:00 AM) to prevent noise in the courtyard. Thanks to the natural insulation and the provided fans, the apartment stays perfectly comfortable through the night!

Enjoyed our stay we were a bit surprised that we were required to pay for the gas used to heat the apartment during our stay, cost was 90 euro. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Roomy and well stocked apt with delightful private enclosed patio. Easy walking to everything. Helpful hosts. Should have booked for more than 5 days. Would definitely return!
