Open floor concept with modern designer furnishings and fixtures. 6 Bedrooms and 4 full baths- HUGE OUTDOOR SHOWER. Sleeps 14!
ALL LINENS AND TOWELS PROVIDED - ALL BEDS ARE MADE FOR YOUR ARRIVAL — HOTEL LIVING—-
MAIN LEVEL: a large kitchen/dining area for 8+ people. Kitchen provides EVERYTHING you will need to cook and serve: COFFEE STATION -drip coffee maker, espresso/cappuccino maker, and frother. MAIN LEVEL also offers 3 bedrooms with new queen size beds and a beautiful full bath with double sinks. The great room boasts a fireplace, large 65” flat screen TV, dry bar with ice machine as well as beverage and wine refrigerators. French doors lead to a massive deck with private walk onto the beach. Outdoor lounging and dining areas seat 10+ guests.
UPPER LEVEL: 1 King and 1 Queen ensuite bedrooms each with it’s own luxurious spa bathroom. Upper level also provides another family room with large 65” flat screen TV, Peloton bike, weights, and yoga area. Sliding doors lead to a deck overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.
LOWER LEVEL: 1 room with 4 twins, or covert to king bed. A family room with large TV, full bathroom, laundry room w/washer & dryer, and access to garage.

GETTING AROUND
You can leave the car in the driveway! Walk south on our street to the end, where a set of stairs leads to the next continuation of Ocean
Avenue. From there, it's an easy stroll straight to the beach or over to the local strip along Route 35.

The house was terrific--plenty of room everywhere, inside and outside. Beautiful views from the upper deck. The host was most responsive and accommodating.

Very well stocked kitchen. Beautiful view from most upper level. Everyone enjoyed mini library and a deck access.abundance of books. Multiple levels with~40 steps to climb from lowest level to uppermost level was a challenge for older family’s members. Able to accommodate on middle level with kitchen, deck, bed, bath and

The location was great. The house was somewhat worn and tired. We had to fix the kitchen table in order to eat at it. Umbrella on the deck was unusable due to previous tearing. Banisters were
In need of painting. The deck space had miscellaneous items (screens and cans) lying around. The waffle iron had been put away with food still on it - when we opened it there were flies with their eggs in it. The dryer took several cycles to dry two towels.
