A fabulous place to stay, great for Austin, COTA, Bastrop and Lockhart areas. The farmhouse is so comfortable and beautifully presented with so many little extra touches. The gardens were a haven for birds and the property has several outside seating and eating areas including a covered, lit entertainment space. The rooms were generous with lovely bedding, eclectic artwork and great bathrooms. The house also had two separate lounges. However our favourite was having breakfast on the terrace overlooking stunning countryside views with cattle, deer and squirrels. A great place to stay and the owners could not have been more helpful giving us recommendations of lovely places to eat and drink nearby.

Words can't describe how special this house is. It is truly a passion project of the owners. No detail is overlooked. My sisters and I stayed to reconnect and spend time and this house was a cozy haven to do just that. We cannot wait to return.

Magnificent almost describes this place. Inside is breathrakingly and brilliantly furnished with beautiful antique and modern furniture and decor and with all the comforts of home. Brief distance from shopping & dining conveniences, far enough away to have the serenity of the country feel with cattle across the road & the occasional train whistle. Outside a garden of foliage and flowers & more decor as well as a gazebo. Enjoyed morning coffee on the deck watching Martins tend to their nest. Can't wait to have another opportunity to stay again!

This house was great. We booked to use it to get ready for my wedding and it gave us so many great photo opportunities. The house was clean and the outside was beautiful. The host were great to work with as well. Definitely recommend!
