About this apartment rental
Excellent apartment, bedroom and living room, located in the heart of Praia do Forte, on the main street of the village, where there are many bars and restaurants, in front of the beach and next to Projeto Tamar.
Located in Condomínio Kauai, with an outdoor pool, shared lounge, garden and free Wi-Fi, the space features an air-conditioned living room and bedroom, Smart TV, full kitchen and balcony.
We take care of the apartment with all the affection and care in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.
*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;
**We do not charge electricity fees for average daily consumption of 30 kWh/day. If you exceed this amount, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas already included in the rate;
***A deposit of R$900.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);
****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the concierge/pr

Praia do Forte is an excellent place to get in touch with nature and relax on the beaches and pool of my space. In addition, its intense nightlife, with many options of bars and restaurants, is a strong port of location. All these attractions make my space an excellent choice to please different types of tastes, as it has a balance between peace, rest and nightlife.
The apartment is 30 m from Projeto Tamar, 1.7 km from Municipal Natural Park Klaus Peters and also close to Porto Beach. The city center is 1 km away. Sabor da Vila, Souza Bar & Restaurante can also be found within a 5-minute walk.
Its distance to Salvador International Airport is 62.1 km.
