As you enter the home you are welcomed through the foyer decorated with refined detail. The large open floorplan will bring the family together. Prepare a tasty new recipe in the fully equipped kitchen that offers both a Keurig and a standard coffee maker for those early mornings, an electric can opener, a blender, and even a crockpot to create delicious slow-cooked meals in. Enjoy family company while you prepare a meal with the kitchen bar s seating for four. Dine together at the formal dining table or relax on the comfortable seating and enjoy a cinematic viewing experience in the living area. • Early or late check-in/out: 1/2 nightly rate
• The rental agreement will be sent once the booking is made and must be completed within 48 hours to avoid potential cancellation
• Pool and spa heating is available at an additional cost, with varying rates by property.
• No smoking / No pets
• By state law occupancy of property must not be exceeded
• 20% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking
• Final payment due 60 days prior to your arrival
• 13.5% sales and tourist tax (not included in nightly rate)
• One-time cleaning fee required upon all stays
• Daily housekeeping services are available upon request
• Bookings made inside of 60 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.

Upon arrival we noticed the internet was not working so we called management who had someone out the following day which took a long time to get up and going, annoying to deal with. There was also a pool alarm so every time the sliding door would be opened we’d have to hit the button, again annoying to deal with. The home could have more accommodations like more toilet paper, paper towels, even provide salt and pepper or coffee filters would be nice so disappointing given the money we spent to rent the property. That being said, the pool was great, grill was really nice and the home had a good layout along with the garage converted to a gaming room but not having the internet half the time limited our experience. The fit and finishing are nice but seeing the neighborhood would expect maybe a higher end appeal vs likely standard builder grade materials. I hate to sound overly critical but spending almost $2100 for 3 days makes the expectations that much higher vs getting a similar experience for even half the price. A good experience overall but would we stay at this specific property again for the money…probably not.

Our party of six (4 adults, and 2 kids ages 3 and 5) stayed at this property for a week. The house was beautiful and exactly as described. The kids loved the themed bedrooms, pool, and game room. Convenient location to Disney.

Property just as advertised. Beautiful home, plenty of space
for our young grand children to roam, they especially enjoyed the swimming pool once we learned how the heater worked. Location was great for groceries and access to water park, which we should have spent more time at, the boys loved it.
Management responded quickly to the few needs we had, the fellow they sent out was excellent and very professional, took care of everything we needed.
Couple things that should be addressed, replace mattress in first floor master, and a more thorough cleaning throughout.
Pretty sure cleaning staff don’t move furniture, and don’t clean under carpets. Also outside around patio doors need attention. We had a great time and will return, thanks
