The detached house consists of one floor (accessible) and two somewhat deeper spaces (. 2 Hallway and 2. FIG. Bad) and has a total size of 95 sqm.
The house is entered through two entrances: from the old gate (2 steps) and the historical doorstep or accessible through the side entrance.
Living / TV room with fireplace, kitchen "galley" with dining area (partially open to the living room), bathroom with floor-level shower,
Hallway with access to the two bedrooms. A bedroom with double bed and TV, the second bedroom with 2 single beds.
The open design has one of all living rooms and bedrooms on the ground floor overlooking the water and on the Friedrichschleuse.
All the main rooms (kitchen / dining room, living room, hallway, two bedrooms and 1 bath) are at ground level and thus to achieve barrier-free.
In addition, a bit deeper lying and each reach a small stairway: a reading and relaxation room, a second hall with wardrobe and
a. 2 Bathroom with toilet, bath with rain shower.

Insgesamt hat uns das Haus gut gefallen. Schöne Raumaufteilung für vier Erwachsene, Komplette Küchenausstattung, erstmals nach 25 Jahren Silvesterurlaub an der See richtige Biergläser im Haus.

Wohnzimmer - Couch und Stühle unbequem - Couch zum längeren Sitzen ungeeignet
Tieferliegende Bad - Wunsch wäre eine ebenerdige Dusche, statt Badewanne, anstrengendes Duschen in der Wanne für ältere Semester. Mindestens ein Haltegriff fehlt.
Bettwäsche - Internetbilder haben eine schöne blau-weiß gestreifte Bettwäsche versprochen
