The location was convenient for restaurants, groceries, and activities. Several problems arose during, including problems with hot water (twice), the drinking water filter. These were dealt with promptly. No sun enters the apartment so it remains quite cold, although there is a small space heater. The apartment is quiet in a noisy city, except for other tenants on the floor above.
