The locks, the cleaners and our maintenance personnel all work on an automated schedules based on our published check-in time and check out times. In addition, we only have a narrow 5 hour window to prepare the property between the posted checkout time and the posted check-in time. For these reasons early check in or late checkout is no longer free and "may" be able to be purchased at a rate of $20/hour prior to check-in time, or $20/hour after listed checkout time.
Firewood is available for purchase locally in Angel Fire but is not provided by host.
If there are any issues during your stay, please contact the host and give them the opportunity to address any issues before leaving a negative review or asking for a discounted stay.

The cabin was clean and welcoming. We enjoyed the full kitchen that had everything we needed and the hot tub with amazing views. We will definitely be back! Thank you for being such a great host.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home in Angel Fire. The layout was perfect for our family, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook every meal and the fire place was cozy after skiing all day. We especially enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings. The deer that came to visit right at our door step was a fun experience too! Thank you for offering such a lovely place to escape to.

The cabin was not clean. The porches had not been swept, the grill was filthy and the bed sheets on several beds had not been changed. The property manager was quick to respond and took care of the porches and the grill. I washed the bedding. The linens are mismatched and need updating. The location was great. It could be a great rental with some attention.
