About this apartment rental
The house is located in one of Immenstadt’s best residential areas—quiet, sunny, and with a view of the Allgäu Alps. This vacation rental was lovingly renovated in 2019. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay.
The apartment features an open-concept layout, with the kitchen and living room separated from the bedroom by a room divider. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer, washing machine, coffee maker, and toaster.
You can relax in the evening in the sauna in the bathroom. Upon request, you can book the “Spa Package,” which includes use of the sauna, bathrobes, and sauna towels.
There is sleeping space for a third person (sofa bed).
Please note that due to the hillside location, you’ll need to walk down three flights of stairs via an outdoor staircase (to the basement) to reach the apartment.
The center of Immenstadt is just a 5-minute walk away. Free parking is available in front of the building. Alternatively, we offer another apartment on the first floor.

The house is lovely, perfect for a week long break. There were six of us staying, and the combination of house and separate maisonette worked perfectly.
The large outdoor space was perfect for relaxed dining, and the small pool worked well for cooling off. The well stocked kitchen, and the shops/supermarkets of nearby Silves meant we could cook some nice meals for ourselves quite easily.
Sonia was very welcoming, and explained the various things we needed to know very well. This all made for a very nice, relaxing week.

We love it! There is nothing what can be say against and we plan to return and return... It was our second stay in this cozy place. We do recomend. Rain or sun on lovely terace is fun. I like silence during night where just river under land burble. You can blind inside so kid was sleep long.When is cold you can warm up in sauna and cook something tasty. We always appreciate warm attitude of owners.
