Holiday cottage in a renovated Lorraine farmhouse.

Be captivated by the diverse and varied sites to visit: the Baccarat crystal factory (12 km), the Pierre-Percée Lakes (10 km), the charming village of Saint-Quirin (listed among the 7 most beautiful villages in France, 15 km away), and the numerous hiking trails along the Vezouze River. Ground floor:
- Living room with TV and wood-burning stove
- Fully equipped kitchen
- Bathroom (shower and bathtub) and separate WC, accessible for people with reduced mobility
- One accessible bedroom (3 beds: one 120x190 cm Lorraine bed, one 140x190 cm bed, and one 90x190 cm bed).
Access to the 80 m² terrace and then to the 30-acre garden with fruit trees.
Upstairs:
- 1 bedroom with a double bed (160 x 190 cm)
- 2nd bedroom with two single beds
- Shower room with toilet
- Landing/mezzanine with a reading nook.
Gas central heating (charges not included), firewood provided.
